We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The check-in process was easy, and our apartment was spacious and quiet. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Melbourne Star, Costco, shopping center, free tram, and Marvel Stadium. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a pool and comfortable lounging areas. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were even given a late checkout and allowed to leave our car in the parking lot until the afternoon. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, and the amenities provided, such as towels and toiletries, were plentiful. We also enjoyed a delicious lunch at the on-site cafe. this hotel provided us with everything we needed and more for a nice stay.

The apartment was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. I also appreciated the efficient use of space in the intriguingly designed apartment. The living area was comfortable and the kitchen was well-appointed. the location was great, with easy access to South Bank and nearby tram stops.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the free tram stop just across the road. It's close to everything, including restaurants, the CBD, and even Edihad stadium for the AFL. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with large bottles of refillable toiletries. The staff are friendly and efficient, providing bag check services and helpful information.
Some minor maintenance issues were observed, such as cracked couches in reception.

We had a great time here! The hotel is in a good area, well located within the Free Tram Zone. The service was amazing and we appreciated the room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. We also enjoyed using the in-house leisure spa & wellness centre, which had a variety of facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi that helped us relax after a long day exploring the city.
